Yesterday was my marathon Christmas cookie-baking day. I decided that doing it all at once would make the dishes not seem as bad. It worked, and it was an all-around success - not even a burnt cookie! The recipes of the season included all of last year's except the cinnamon cookie which didn't make the cut. Two new additions: spritz and gingerbread, both from my BHG Cookbook.
